| Abstract: | The Forth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the C.P.C have raised that developing harmonious society is one of modernization driving.Developing harmonious society is connected with harmonious development of all kinds of organizations.Orgnization is carrier of persons and society.In the meanwhile,it is the basical unit of harmonious society.Only when all sorts of organizations harmoniously develop can the society be harmonious.However,effective teams are the guarantee of the effection and development of harmonious organizations.How to build a successful team,different firms have different thoughts.Through analysing the influential factors and strengthening team management,it will provide a new vision of research for all kinds of teams administers in the new era. |
