| 摘 要： | 促进大学生的全面发展是高校思想政治工作的重要任务。新时期高校思想政治工作在促进大学生的全面发展的过程中面临的挑战。创新高校思想政治工作促进大学生的全面发展要做到从制度上保证大学生的全面发展的需要;尊重大学生的发展自由,为大学生的全面发展创造条件;充分发挥现代传媒在思想教育中的载体功能;按照"三个代表"的要求开展高校思想政治工作。

| Abstract: | It's one of important tasks of ideological education to promote the university students' full development.In new era,it faces severe challenges.In order to bring forth new ideas to the ideological education and promote university student's full development,we should guarantee their need of full development in system,respect their develop freedom and create conditions for their full development.We should play the carrier role of modern medium in ideological education and develop the ideological education in university under the guide of the thought of three Represents. |
