教师期望理论及其在英语教学中的应用

摘    要:教师期望是教师在对学生了解的基础上对学生所形成的一种期待与关注,是一种巨大的教育力量.教师期望效应是在教师期望的基础上形成和产生的影响或结果,具有正效应或负效应和非泛化性.在英语教学中,应采取多种措施,促进对学生适当的、积极的教师期望的形成,从而有效地提高英语教学水平.

Abstract:Teacher expectation, as a tremendous teaching force, is teachers' expectation and concern of students based on the knowledge of them. The effect of teacher expectation is the influence or result on the basis of it. It has positive or negative effect and non-generalization. In English teaching, various measures should be taken to help the formation of suitable and positive teacher expectation effects so as to improve the English teaching level effectively.
