| 摘 要： | 中国企业债券市场的许多制度性缺陷限制了企业债券快速、健康的发展,其中最为重要的因素之一就是企业债券市场缺乏流通性.本文从十个方面阐述了中国企业债券通流性不足的成因,又从十个方面详细的说明了提高中国企业债券市场流通性的方法.这些方法对于推动企业债券市场的健康发展有着至关重要的作用和现实意义.

| Abstract: | The systematic weakness restricts the fast clerelopmeat of the China's enterprise boncl market the most important reasons is the lack of circulation of enterprise bond market.This paper explains ten causes of the lack of circulation of China's rnterprise bond market and puts forward ten suggestions to promote the circulation of China's enterprise bond market.And these suggestions will be surely helpful and significant to the clevelopment of China's enterprise bond market. |
