| Abstract: | A method on determination the iodine content of kele had been introduced. After the kelp was been burnt to asches, the iodine content may be determine by iodometry. As a result, iodine content is about 0.7 - 0.8 mg per gram of dt3, kelp in the commodity kelp. |
