| 摘 要： | 实践基础上的理论创新是社会发展和变革的先导,只有党在理论上不断扩展新视野,做出新概括,党的思想理论才能引导和鼓舞全党和全国人民把中国特色社会主义事业不断推向前进.在新的历史时期,只有全面贯彻"三个代表"重要思想,在实践中不断丰富和发展马克思主义,才能从理论发展的保证角度为推进理论创新找到历史新依据;只有全面贯彻"实践第一"的观点,进一步解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进,才能从实践的动力性角度为推进理念创新历炼新动力;只有坚持优良学风,加强自身素质,在勇于和善于中积极投身改革开放,才能从人的主观能动性角度为推进理论创新增添新力量;只有弘扬科学精神,抓好根本任务,才能从理论对实践的先导性作用上为理论创新找到新支点.

| Abstract: | Based on practice, bringing forth new ideas in theory is the precursor of social development and change. Our Party should constantly broaden views in theory and put forward new explaircation. Only in this way can the thoughts and theories of our party guide and encourage the people of all our ethnic groups to advance the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In this new period, we need to implement all-round the important thought of Three Represents and constantly enrich and develop Marxism in practice. By doing this we can find new historical evidence for theory innovation from the point of ensuring the development of theories. We can't new motive force for theory innovation from the point of motive power of practice unless we important the view of "practice First" and emancipate our minds, seek truth from facts and keep pace with. We can't add new forces to theory innovation from the point of subjective initiative unless we stick to right learning attitudes, qualify ourselves and boldly engage in and are good at reforming. We can't find new fulcrum for theory innovation from the point of forerunner role played by practice unless we carry forward scientific spirits and stress what is of basic importance. |
