| 摘 要： | 科学发展观坚持马克思主义哲学的基本原理，以一系列新思想、新观点、新论断，深化了对中国共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律和人类社会发展规律的认识，开拓了马克思主义中国化的新境界，是马克思主义的世界观和方法论。从方法论的角度看，科学发展观也是马克思主义社会系统论的基本原理，是对恩格斯晚年提出的社会历史发展“合力论”的丰富和发展。

| Abstract: | The knowledge of governing laws of CPC, laws of socialist construction and the law of human society development have been deepened via a series of new thoughts, new views and new judgments with the view of scientific development and adherence of fundamental principle of Marxism philosophy. This view is Marxist world outlook and methodology which has opened up a new realm of Marxism localized in China. Form the view of methodology, scientific development is the fundamental principle of Marxism social system theory, which has enriched and developed the resultant theory of social historic development proposed by Engels in his late years. |
