| 摘 要： | 二板市场,即创业板市场,是相对于主板市场而言的,是指专门为那些达不到主板市场上市要求的高成长性中小企业和高科技企业提供融资服务的股票市场.通过世界发达国家和地区二板市场的发展历史和科技应用多方比较,我们研究二板市场的产生和发展动因,意义在于先于二板市场的开设,未雨绸缪地将其相关问题提到重要位置,避免我国主板市场开设时固有的矛盾和缺陷给资本市场继续发展造成的诸多障碍,为二板市场的今后发展奠定良好的基础.

| Abstract: | A small deal market, which is complementary to stock markets, provides the special service for some small or medium companies which lack capitals. In the study of the small deal markets, it can make us take notice of its importance as well as its irrelevant problems. Furthermore, it will lay a good foundation for the small markets to develop in our country. |
