| 摘 要： | 社会主义核心价值体系是社会主义和谐社会的思想道德基础。社会主义荣辱观在社会主义核心价值体系中具有基础地位。建立健全社会主义荣辱观教育的机制，构建社会共同“道德感”，加强全社会尤其是重点群体的荣辱观教育，是为社会主义核心价值体系建设打下坚实基础的关键。

| Abstract: | Socialist core value system is the ethos of socialist harmonious society.Socialist concept of honor and disgrace occupies the fundamental position in the socialist core value system.To lay a solid foundation for the construction of socialist core value system,we need to perfect education mechanism of socialist concept of honor and disgrace,to set up common "morality",and to strength the education of overall society's,esp.core groups' concept of honor and disgrace. |
