| 摘 要： | WBT是远程职业培训方案的基本组成部分,分为网络个别化培训、网络电子绩效支持系统、网络虚拟异步课堂、网络虚拟同步课堂等形式,分别适合于认知学习的不同目的和类型,以及学习者的需要和条件,本文结合实例介绍这些形式的特点和选择因素。

| Abstract: | Web-based Training is the essential component of distance training solutions. It consists of four major types, Web-Based Personalized Training, Web-based Performance Support System, Web-based Virtual Asynchronous Classroom and Web-based Virtual Synchronous Classroom, catering for different goals and cognitive learning, as well as learner’s desire and situation. With examples this paper introduces the features, factors and appropriate use of these training modes. |
