| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的不断发展,企业培训在企业中的作用越来越重要,企业培训的模式多种多样。该文就企业培训的一些主流模式进行了介绍,并对这些模式中存在的共性特征进行了分析,从而对企业培训模式的共性特征有一个总体的认识,以便为同行提供一些参考。
