| 摘 要： | 相对于教育技术的快速发展,高校教育技术管理体制存在着明显的滞后和不协调。管理体制的落后,不仅浪费了宝贵的教育资源,也阻碍了教育技术自身在高校的发展。文章从高校教育技术管理体制的历史演进出发,分析当前管理体制存在的问题及问题背后的成因,在此基础上从机构重组、建立新型运行机制、队伍建设方面提出改进的建议和策略。

| Abstract: | Compared to the rapid development of educational technology,there exists obvious hysteresis and incongruousness in the management system of educational technology in institutions of higher learning.The backwardness of management system not only wastes the precious educational resources,but also blocks the development of educational technology itself in institutions of higher learning.Through analyzing the historical evolution and current situation of the management system of educational technology,this article explores the existing problems and the causes behind,and lastly proposes some advices and tactics in terms of office reconstructuring,running mechanism,and human resources. |
