| 摘 要： | 在培训领域,学习者分析作为培训前期工作的重要组成部分,是保证培训质量的重要环节,但在实践中往往被忽视,缺乏实证研究。文章采用访谈和问卷调查的方法,以聊城市中小学教师教育技术能力培训者培训中学习者分析为例,分析受训教师的起点能力、学习动机和态度,并进行总结和反思,以期为后续研究提供借鉴。
