摘    要:“网络学习空间人人通”是深入贯彻“三通两平台”工程、建设服务国家教育信息化发展的关键所在。文章采用问卷调查、访谈等方法,对华中地区中小学的网络学习空间建设情况及教师对空间的应用现状展开调研,在此基础上发现当前影响空间应用的主要因素包括建设管理机制、应用推进机制、师生应用习惯、空间功能服务、基础设施条件、家长立场等,并针对空间应用与教学中遇到的主要问题提出相应对策,以期为后续全国基础教育领域空间建设与应用的整体推进提供参考。

Abstract:“Network learning spaces accessible to everyone”is the key to the thorough implementation of the“Three Interconnection and Two Platforms”project,and the construction and service of national educational informationization development.Using the methods of questionnaires and interviews,this paper survied the construction status of network learning spaces in the primary and secondary schools in Central China and examined teachers’use situations of network learning spaces.Based on this,it was found that the main factors that influenced the construction and application of network learning spaces were the construction management mechanism,application promotion mechanism,teachers’and students’using habits,space function services,infrastructure conditions,parents’attitudes and others.Meanwhile,the corresponding countermeasures to the major issues in the application and teaching of the space,such as incomplete space functions,insufficient application atmosphere,deficient software and hardware equipment and devoid incentive mechanism,and others,were proposed,which was expected to provide reference for overall promotion of space construction and application in the following national basic education field.
