摘    要:针对现有高校大学生创新训练服务平台建设存在规划不合理、建设投资分散化、建设水平参差不齐、运营形式化和持续更新成本高等问题,利用云计算的技术优势和创新商业模式,提出并分析基于云计算的大学生创新训练服务平台及其投资、规划、建设、运营、管理和使用相互分离的建设模式;旨在建设以学生为中心的技术集成、资源集聚、资金集中的可集约化管理和可持续发展的大学生创新训练平台,以云服务的方式为大学生提供高质量专业化随需应变的创新训练服务。

Abstract:Existing college students’ innovative training service platform is planned unreasonable,portfolio diversification,construction level uneven,monotonous operation and the higher cost of continuous updating,which is against cultivation of innovative ability for university students.According to these problems,using cloud computing technology advantage and innovative business model,we put forward and detailed analysis a new construction mode for the college students’ innovative training service platform based on cloud computing,which separate planning,investment,construction,operation with management and use from each other;It aims to be a platform with technology integration,funds centralized,resource assembling,and customers as centre,which can be intensive managed and sustainable operated.In addition,it provides high quality of professional on-demand innovation training services through the way of cloud services for university students.
