| 摘 要： | 文章在简述大数据的定义与特点之后,阐述了大数据时代对新闻生产方式带来的变革,然后归纳出大数据时代对新闻传播人才需求的三种类型,即应用型人才、＂∏＂型复合人才和DT人才。文章最后根据我国目前高校新闻传播人才培养的现状,从创新课程、实训环境、教学资源、教学方法四方面提出了在大数据时代新闻传播人才培养的教学体系创新模型,结合国外大学的案例分析重点强调了课程创新。

| Abstract: | After expounding briefly the definition and characteristic of big data,the paper states the mode changes of news production in the age of big data.Then,this paper sums up three kinds of journalism and communication talents that are urgently needed,i.e.Application-oriented talents,Liberal Arts and Sciences compound talents,Data technology talents.In the end,combining with the current journalism and communication students training situation in universities,this paper creates the innovation mode of teaching system of journalism talents,which is about curriculum innovation,practical training,teaching resources and teaching method.Combined with the analysis of foreign university case,this paper emphasizes the importance of curriculum innovation. |
