| 摘 要： | 由泰勒开创的科学管理理论蕴含着科学管理的精髓:制度管理、流程化管理和人本管理,因此对高校数字语言室管理有着重要的指导意义。在概述科学管理理论的基础上,分析了将泰勒科学管理理论应用于数字语言实验室管理的可行性,并提出数字语言实验室科学管理的模式:行政管理模式、制度管理模式、人本管理模式和局域网管理模式。

| Abstract: | The theory of scientific management constructed by Taylor contains its quintessence ＂institutional management,streamlined management and management of humanization＂. And it is important to guidance in the management of digital language lab in college. Based on the brief narration of Taylor＇s theory of scientific management,the feasibility of the scientific management applied in the management of digital language lab is analyzed in this article,and also four modes of the scientific management for digital language lab are put forward：mode of administrative management,mode of institutional management,mode of humanistic management and mode of LAN management. |
