| 摘 要： | 研究生的创新能力的培养应体现为在全面发展的基础上创新意识、创新精神、创新思维和潜在能力的培养。创新环境的建设不仅是营造有利于新思想、新知识出现的环境,还应当建设创新的条件、机遇和氛围,强调实践是检验创新能力和创新成果的尺度标准。

| Abstract: | Graduate students of innovation ability should be reflected in the comprehensive development based on the innovative ideology,the innovative spirit,the innovative idea and the potential power raise.Construction of the innovation environment is not only conducive to creating a new ideas,new knowledge and emerging environment,the conditions should also be building an innovative,opportunities and atmosphere,and stressed that practice is innovative capacity. |
