| 摘 要： | 面向信息化的学校领导力,是当前教育信息化建设中急待解决的问题。该文界定了面向信息化的领导力,对美国、英国、中国香港地区面向信息化的领导力进行了研究,并探讨了我国面向信息化的领导力培养面临的问题以及如何培养等问题。
