摘    要:虽然近年来我国普通高校艺术教育取得了可喜成绩,但仍存在教育教学资源不足、课时少、师资及课堂容量有限等诸多问题,该文将视频电话技术应用于普通高校艺术教育领域,通过艺术教育教学视频资源库构建、面向视频电话的视频压缩、SIP协议与3G-324M协议的互通等一系列相关研究,实现信息技术和艺术教育的整合,使得学生可在校园网内通过移动终端获取艺术教育教学视频资源,随时随地学习和复习艺术教育知识,从而满足个性化、多样化的艺术教育需求。

Application Research on Video Phone Technology in College Art Education

Abstract:In recent years, colleges in our country have made gratifying achievements in arts education, but we also find that there're still too many questions and problems, such as: insufficient teaching resources, fewer hours, teacher resources and classroom capacity is limited, etc. In this paper, to deal with these problems we apply video phone technology in the field of art education colleges, realizing a organic combination of information technology and arts education by using the result of a series of studies, such as structure of video resource library of art education, video compression skill of video phone, the interworking of SIP protocol and 3G-324M protocol, etc. And with the organic combination of information technology and arts education, students can a flee call of video phone to get the video resources of art education anywhere and anytime, so that they can learn and review the knowledge of arts education anywhere and anytime. To conclude, these results of researches can solve a lot existing problems in the art education in colleges in our country and meet the demands ofindividuation and diversification of art education which demand by the students in colleges.
