| 摘 要： | 毕节试验区作为中国最落后地区的农村综合改革试验区,已成立25年,经济社会发展并没有达到预期目标.新一轮改革发展受到贵州省委、省政府以及国务院的高度关注.根据毕节试验区的区情特点,文章认为思想解放问题、区域经济合作问题、金融支持问题、人才战略问题、区域物流发展问题、土地集约节约使用问题是事关毕节试验区新一轮改革发展成功与否的亟待研究的重大问题.

| Abstract: | Bijie experimental region is China＇s most backward rural comprehensive reform test area, wich was established 25 years, the economic and social development has not reached the expected target. A new round of reform and development has been highly concerned by the Guizhou provincial Party committee, pro- vincial government and the State Council, according to the regional features of the Bijie experimental region, the thought liberation, regional economic cooperation, financial support, talent strategy, regional logistics devel- opment,and intensive land use are major issues urgently wich is a matter of the new round of reform in Bijie ex- perimental region the success or failure. |
