| 摘 要： | 毕节试验区以往20多年来的改革实践,凝练了毕节试验区的时代精神。新的发展阶段,新的发展机遇,新的发展目标在助推毕节试验区实现新的跨越。新的跨越要真正得以实现,必将有赖于精神高地的构筑。构筑毕节试验区精神高地,需要借助哲学的审视,切实解决精神高地建设的重要性、必要性和可行性,切实认清当前构筑精神高地的基本前提,切实实施内化外化工程。

| Abstract: | Bijie experimental region has been formed for 20 years with reform practice,it condenses the time spirit of it.The new development phase,new development opportunity and the new development targets are boosting Bijie experimental region to realize the new spanning.The new spanning must be able to realize truly,will certainly to depend on the energetic high ground construction.Constructing the highland of Bijie experimental region spirit needs to draw support from careful philosophy examination,the practical solution energetic high ground construction importance,the necessity and the feasibility,outside clearly recognized practically the current construction energetic high ground the basic premise,the practical implementation internalizes the project. |
