| Abstract: | The capital construction file, which is a real record of the capital construction history and present condition of colleges and universities, is an important part of the whole school program, capital construction and management. In order to do well in managing the capital construction file, it is necessary to adopt efficient measures in the management of the capital constructional file, to strengthen the awareness of the managenlent of the capital construction file, to obey the principles of building a file for capital construction, to complete the system of the capital construction file management, and to make the capital construction file management standard and scientific. |
