| 摘 要： | 地方高校图书馆文献资源的招标采购,作为馆藏文献资源建设的重要方式,既有利也有弊。针对地方升本高校图书馆在图书招标采购工作中存在的诸多问题,提出了解决的方法与对策,目的在于进一步完善高校图书馆的图书招标采购工作,使图书招标采购工作更好为地方高校图书馆的文献资源建设服务。

| Abstract: | There are advantages and disadvantages in bidding and perchasing of literature resources in local colleges and libraries,though it as an important way for constructing the collection of document resources.So,in this paper,it proposes the solutions and measures on many problems in the work of?bidding and perchasing? literature resources in local colleges and libraries.It aims to improve the work of?bidding and purchasing books and makes it work better for literature resources construction in the local colleges and universities libraries. |
