| 摘 要： | 西部大开发以来,毕节试验区的小康社会建设取得了可喜成绩。总体小康基本实现,正在为全面建设小康社会而奋斗。站在新的起点上,分析毕节试验区全面建设小康社会的不利因素和有利因素,对于抢抓新一轮西部大开发机遇,加快毕节试验区的小康社会建设具有重要的理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | During the ten years of western development,the well-off society construction of Bijie experimental region makes gratifying achievements.On the whole,people have reached a well-off standard of living,and are striving for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Standing at a new starting point,analysing the unfavorable factors and favorable factors of Bijie experimental region in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects has important theoretical and practical significance for Bijie experimental region to grasp the chance of a new round western developmentand speed the well-off society construction. |
