经管类实验教学环境建设的瓶颈及对策研究

摘    要:实验教学环境建设是保障高等院校经管类实验教学顺利开展的重要基础性工作,在深化实验教学改革过程中一些制约其发展的瓶颈问题突显出来。探讨了经管类实验教学环境建设的基本内容;列举了当前我国高等院校经管类实验教学环境建设中面临的主要瓶颈问题,包括实验教学运行管理、队伍建设、软硬件环境、模拟实验室利用率、校外人才培养基地作用发挥等;分析了形成这些瓶颈问题的内外部原因,并提出了克服经管类实验教学环境建设困境的对策。

Abstract:The environmental construction of experimental teaching is an important foundation to ensure that experimental teaching of economics and management specialities carries out smoothly in colleges and universities.In the process of deepening the experimental teaching reform,some bottleneck problems that constraint its development have been exposed.This paper discusses the basic aspects of the environmental construction of experimental teaching of economics and management specialities.It lists some bottleneck problems that the colleges and universities are facing the environmental construction of experimental teaching currently,such as operation and management of experimental teaching,development of teacher team,environmental construction of hardware and software,utilization of simulative laboratories,effect of off-campus training bases,etc.It also analyses the inner and outer reasons that cause those bottleneck problems and puts forward practical solutions that overcome the difficult situation of the environmental construction of experimental teaching.
