| 摘 要： | Sephadex（交联葡聚糖凝胶）是多糖类物质，尽管其结构、性能较稳定，但在压力、强酸、氧化剂存在情况下，也会发生部分糖苷键水解，或凝胶交联结构受损。在使用过程中，或使用后处理、保存过程中，可能会因上述原因或情况发生而影响凝胶层析的分离效果。该文根据作者自己的工作经验，着重介绍了回收后的交联葡聚糖的干燥保存法，以提高交联葡聚糖的稳定性和重复使用率。

| Abstract: | Sephadex is a group of highly specialized gelfiltration and chromatographic media which composed of macroscopic beads synthetically derived from the polysaccharide, dextran. Although their structures and characters are relatively stable, the hydrolysis of glucosidic bond or structures failure of gel cross- linkage will happen when Sephadex is exposed in great pressure, strong acid and oxidants in the process of use, recovery and preservation. The effects of gel filtration will be decreased just on these conditions. In this paper, the authors introduced a kind of available Sephadex recovery and preservation method - - dehydrating/drying method that could greatly improve the stability and repeat utilization of Sephadex. |
