分段控制模式在半导体激光器温度控制中的应用研究

摘    要:介绍了一种半导体激光器温度控制的分段控制模式,结合自适应控制方式,使控制系统具有自适应能力,提高了控制精度。利用这种控制模式进行温度的精密控制,不需要建立复杂的数学模型,降低了设计难度,对于一般的控制系统具有通用性。运用该算法,使用EDA工具进行电路设计,实现了半导体激光器温度的精密控制,验证了这种算法的可行性。

Abstract:In this paper, a kind of piggyback control mode was introduced. Combining with self- adaptive arithmetic which gives self- adaptive ability to the system, the piggyback control mode can improve the temperature controlling precision. Complicated arithmetic was not necessary in the control mode which would reduce the design difficulty. This control mode is suitable to general purpose control system too. Designing circuit with EDA tools, the precise temperature control of laser- diode was realized with this control mode. That validated the feasibility of this control mode.
