基于Proteus的温度控制系统的设计与仿真

摘    要:温度控制具有非线性、纯滞后、大惯性等特点,因此在设计温度控制系统中经常采用PID进行控制。PID控制作为自动控制系统中常用的一种控制方法,在实际控制工程中的应用非常广泛。设计了以AT-MEGA128单片机为核心的加热器温度控制系统,采用PID控制方法,结合Proteus仿真平台进行了仿真研究。实验结果表明,该加热器控制系统稳定性好、响应速度快,具有良好的控制效果。

Abstract:In view of temperature control characteristics such as nonlinear and pure time-delay,large inertia,PID control is often adopted in design of temperature control.PID control with its simple structure,good stability,convenient adjustment and reliable work,becomes one of the main technology in industrial control.The design of temperature control system of heater has been introduced.PID control method is employed in this system,which is based on ATMEGA128 single-chip microcomputer.In addition,the simulation has been carried on with system by means of Proteus simulation platform.The experimental results show that the control system of heater has excellent control effect because of good stability and fast response.
