摘    要:为了加深学生对现代切削技术的认识与理解,体会现代切削装备的发展趋势,开发了基于双目测距原理的多自由度牙齿热压模型激光切割教学实验平台。该实验平台将机械设计、机械电子、计算机图像处理等学科的理论知识有机地结合在一起,实现了对牙齿热压模型表面牙龈曲线空间坐标的提取,并控制激光切割手臂按切割曲线进行切割,使得切割过程更加直观,加深了学生对"切削原理与刀具"及"现代制造技术"等课程的认识与理解,提高了对机械加工理论的学习兴趣,达到了良好的实验教学效果。

Abstract:In order to deepen students’ understanding of the modern cutting technology,and to understand the development trend of the modern cutting equipment,an experimental platform for the laser cutting of multi-degree-of-freedom dental hot-pressing model based on the binocular ranging principle is developed. This experimental platform combines the theoretical knowledge of mechanical design,mechanical electronics,computer image processing and other disciplines to extract the spatial coordinates of the gingival curve on the surface of the tooth hot pressing model. The laser cutting arm is controlled for cutting according to the cutting curve,which makes the cutting process more intuitive,deepens the students’ understanding the “Cutting principle and cutting tool” and “Modern manufacturing technology” courses,enhances their interest in the study of mechanical processing theory,and achieves good experimental teaching results.
