| 摘 要： | 为了推动高校人才培养模式和机制的深化改革,优化资源配置,培养学生创新能力、工程意识,创建了教育创新基地.基地的开放实验室为学生进行科学研究和培养创新能力提供了通用平台,举办学术论坛,为师生提供了学术交流的场地.该文结合教育创新基地开放实验室建设具体情况,对开放实验室的人才培养、实验室建设做出初步探讨.

| Abstract: | In order to impel the university talent cultivation pattern and the mechanism profound reformation, optimize resources disposition, and cultivate the student innovation ability and engineering consciousness, Harbin Engineering University founded the education innovation base, and the base provides the general platform of scientific research and cultivation innovation ability for the student, launches academic forum, and provides the academic exchange for the teachers and students . This article makes the preliminary discussion on the talent cultivation pattern and the construction of the opening laboratory. |
