| 摘 要： | 基于闭环管理理论,该文分析了高校现行实验室安全管理体系存在的问题,探讨了实验室安全闭环管理的实现路径;围绕控制管理的不安全要素、减少人的不安全行为、消除物料的不安全状态、改善环境的不安全条件等4个目标,落实规章制度闭环、教育培训闭环、责任落实闭环、检查整改闭环等具体实现路径,完善了实验室安全管理体系,提升了实验室安全管理科学化水平。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of closed-loop management, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current laboratory safety management system in colleges and universities, and probes into the realization path of the closed-loop management of laboratory safety. Around the four objectives of controlling unsafe elements of management, reducing unsafe behaviors of people, eliminating unsafe state of materials and improving unsafe conditions of environment, specific implementation paths are implemented, including rules and regulations closed-loop, education and training closed-loop, responsibility implementation closed-loop, inspection and rectification closed-loop, etc., so as to improve the laboratory safety management system and enhance the scientific level of laboratory safety management. |
