摘    要:针对智能物料输送过程宏观难以观察、成本昂贵难以复现等问题,利用机电一体化技术开发了一套模拟工厂物料输送的智能物料搬运机器人教学实验平台。该平台主要由控制模块、运动模块、机械手模块、检测模块、电源模块组成,可完成路径寻迹、任务领取、物料识别与搬运功能。该平台可直观展示工厂物料输送的工作过程,有助于加强学生对物料输送过程的认识,加深对机器人结构原理、电路架构、控制流程的理解,为学生开展认知实践、专项实验和综合创新提供学习平台,较好地提升学生的动手实践能力和科研创新能力。

Abstract:In view of the problems such as difficult observation at the macro level and high cost of process replication in intelligent material transportation, the mechatronics technology is used to design and develop a teaching experiment platform for intelligent material handling robot to simulate plant material handling. The platform is mainly composed of control module, motion module, manipulator module, detection module and power module, which can complete the functions of path tracing, task collection, material identification and transportation. By visually demonstrating the working process of plant material handling, the platform helps to strengthen students’ understanding of intelligent material transportation process, deepen the understanding of robot structure principle, circuit architecture and control process, and provide a learning platform for students to carry out cognitive practice, special experiments and comprehensive innovation, fairly enhance students’ practical ability and scientific research innovation ability.
