| 摘 要： | 分析应用型本科院校的实践教学质量监控状况,指出存在监控过程形式化、评价手段与理论教学雷同化、质量效果偏离预期常态化等主要问题,提出借鉴企业全面质量管理的思想,加强对实践教学的过程监控,认为应用型本科人才培养应定位在基层管理岗层面,实践教学的内容与评价要凸显职业化导向。
