| 摘 要： | “3 1”是一种新的教学模式,是对人才培养模式改革的尝试,它注重创新实践能力的发掘和培养,与传统教学模式的主要区别在于,大学前3年完成本科的基本学习任务,大4进行创新实践锻炼。对于现今大学生普遍创新意识不强、创新能力欠佳的现状是一种改变,探索了一条具有特色的人才培养途径。

| Abstract: | "3 1" is a new teaching method,teaching reform is the attempt to train its focus on innovation.With the main difference lies in the traditional mode of teaching : University of the previous three years to complete all the teaching,the fourth year for innovative practice training.For college students generally do not have a strong sense of innovation and creativity in a poor state of much help.Also explore a unique training approach. |
