摘    要:自动控制原理实验的模拟电路实验箱缺少典型的被控对象,在很大程度上限制了学生对自动控制原理的理解和应用。根据自动控制原理实验的特点,提出了采用小车、转盘作为被控对象,以直流伺服电动机作为执行机构的新的实验系统。实践表明,该系统不仅可以完成自动控制原理实验的验证性、设计性、综合性实验,而且学生可以此为基础,开发各种不同用途的控制系统,提高了实践应用能力。

Abstract:For experiments of automatic control principle,there isn’t a typical controlled plant in the analog circuit experiment box.To a large extent,it limits the students to understand the automatic control principles.Based on the characteristics of automatic control,a new experimental system is presented.In the system,a small car and a turntable are plants,and a DC servo motor is an actuator.Practice shows that the system can complete the verification experiments,design experiments and comprehensive experiments of automatic control principle,and using this system as a basis,students can improve the their abilities of practical application through developing a variety of different uses of the control system.
