| 摘 要： | 电梯运营不理想是现实中经常遇到的问题，该文以工业工程的思想针对电梯运营设计进行了工业工程课程的实验，走出了实验室，取得了实验室不易取得的效果，得出了较优的电梯运行策略，使学生得到了很好的锻炼。

| Abstract: | One of the problems we often meet is that the elevator operation is not good enough. According to the principle of IE, this article designs and makes the experiment on the elevator operation which is for the improvement on the course experiment during the course study for IE. It is not in the laboratory as usual, but the better effect is obtained. |
