| 摘 要： | 土地资源是高校国有资产的重要组成部分，是实现高校发展的重要基础保障。该文论述了合理核算土地使用权价值，并在建筑设计和决策过程中将其纳入到建筑成本中作为经济指标之一进行评价的必要性，对于提高校园土地利用效率、实现校园可持续发展有重要意义。
