| 摘 要： | 国际企业的核心能力是企业取得和保持竞争优势的源泉,国外对企业核心能力的研究已经 如火如荼。如何识别企业的核心能力对于国际企业培育、巩固和更新其核心能力具有重要的意义。一般地 说,国际企业核心能力与一般能力的区别和核心能力的识别特征可以通过企业核心能力"与核的关系"和"与 企业战略资产的关系"两方面进行界定。而且通过对国际企业核心能力与企业资源关系的研究,可以描述出 体现在技术系统上的、体现在人的知识技能上的、体现在管理系统上的以及体现在价值观念与行为规范上的 核心能力的四种具体表现形式,并最终得出结论:核心能力是国际企业赢得竞争优势地位的根本,优势地位的 取得需要核心能力的支持,有时优势地位的巩固同样也需要核心能力的增长。

| Abstract: | In this paper, firstly the survey studying about enterprise's key ability abroad is introduced, secondly the difference between the enterprise's key ability and general ability and the recognition feature of the enterprise's key ability are defined by the two respects that the relationship between the international enterprise's key ability and the key and the relationship between the enterprise's key ability and the enterprise's strategic assets, thirdly four kinds of concrete forms of the key ability that the one reflect in the technology system, the one reflect on people's knowledge technical ability, the one reflect on the administrative system and the one reflect on behavioral norm are described by researching the relationship between the international enterprise's key ability and the enterprise's resource, lastly the conclusion is drew that key ability is the base to win competition advantage, the advantage status's obtained needs support of key ability and the consolidation of the position needs the growth of key ability sometimes. |
