| 摘 要： | 关于参考文献的标准化、规范化,我国制定了一系列有关标准。但至今,不少的论文著录仍然存在一些不容忽略的问题。如：主要责任者、其他责任者著录;题名及其他题名著录;出版项著录;析出文献著录;标志符号著录以及电子文献的著录等问题。加强参考文献著录规范的措施与对策,可从作者与编辑、编辑部两个层面来考虑：要提高作者对参考文献的作用以及意义的认识;对作者进行宣传、教育与培训,编辑要端正态度,加强业务学习,提高编辑水平;增强审稿专家的文献规范意识和把关能力。

| Abstract: | Though a set of criteria for standardizing and normalizing references has been formulated,some problems remain unneglectable.For example,entries of major and other responsible persons,title and other titles,publication details,released document,glyph,and electronic literatures.Measures for enhancing reference entry norms can be considered from two aspects:authors and editors,and authors and editing department.In other words,raise authors understanding of references role and correct usage;conduct promotion,education and training for the authors;editors should adjust their attitude,strengthen their professional learning and improve their editing level;enhance reviewers awareness of reference norms and ability of article control. |
