| 摘 要： | 通过资料查询、专家访谈和逻辑分析等方法发现，广西高校篮球队伍近几年参加全国大学生篮球联赛的成绩不理想，整体水平呈下滑趋势。广西高校篮球队伍建设由于受到经济和教育基础较差，人才培养与引进困难和比赛机会较少等不利因素影响，导致整体篮球水平不高，通过引进高水平篮球人才，形成有序比赛机制，提高教练员学习与管理和利用各类比赛锻炼队伍等手段逐步加强广西高校篮球队伍建设，提升广西高校篮球队伍整体水平。

| Abstract: | Statistics shows that from resent years,the College basketball teams in Guangxi Province presented Low level composition performances in Chinese University Basketball Association(CUBA) and still fell continuously.All these are results of the underdevelopment of the education and economy,difficulties in best players fostering or introduction,rare chances in top competitions,etc.By introducing good players,establishing regular competition mechanism,and promoting management and study of the coaches can upgrade the performances of the basketball team of Guangxi Colleges. |
