| 摘 要： | 目前高职行业英语教学发展缓慢,甚至出现"滞后"现象:教师自主研发和整合教材的能力欠缺,教师科研能力不强,科研成果少;教师缺少相关行业知识.究其原因,主要在于:教师知识结构缺失,教学材料相对滞后,教师职业教学技能缺失.要发展高职行业英语教学,加强师资队伍建设尤为重要.要完善和健全职业教育机制,建设一支合格的教师队伍;采用多种形式,提高教师行业素质和教学能力.
