| 摘 要： | 本文分析了楚雄州空中水资源的特点,认为从流经楚雄上空的空中水汽量分析楚雄州空中水资源有相当大的潜力,如果措施得当,截留下10—20%的水汽(7880—15600亿立方米),理论上每年可增加83—166毫米的降水量是有可能的。因此开发空中水资源应成为我州解决水资源供需矛盾的重要途径。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of atmosphere water resource of Chuxiong prefecture.The author hold that developing the atmosphere water resources had great potential through analyzing the atmosphere precipitable water in atmosphere flowing through above Chuxiong,if measures under proper,interception of water(10-20% 7880-1,560 million cubic meters),theoretically,every year can increase the 83-166 mm precipitation is possible.Therefore,the development of atmosphere water resource should be the important ways to solve contradiction between supplication and demand of water resources in Chuxiong.This paper also discusses the implementation of Chuxiong prefecture artificial precipitation technical support and legal protection and software and hardware conditions,in recent years,through artificial precipitation,it had demonstrated the artificial precipitation effect is remarkable in Chuxiong prefecture,and atmosphere water resource development and utilization is available. |
