| Abstract: | After a discussion of the two concepts of college knowledge management and knowledge management culture, the present author points out that learning and research is the core of knowledge management culture and that thus, the most successful college in the 21st century is the learning-type organization with learning-research culture. The article also illustrates the approach to the establishment of knowledge management system in college. |
