| 摘 要： | 农村基层党内民主是中国共产党追求和努力的方向之一,其发展有助于提高农村基层执政能力,增强广大村民的民主意识,并在农村形成良好的民主氛围。由于受封建落后思想、部分农民党员受教育程度相对较低及部分农村基层党组织执政能力不强的影响,农村基层党内民主建设存在一些不容忽视的问题,因此,对广大农村基层党员加强教育,提高素质,加强农村基层党内民主制度建设,建立农村基层党内民主长效机制,强化农村基层党组织干部队伍建设,为农村基层党内民主建设创设一个良好的社会环境。
