| 摘 要： | 以江苏启东市为研究对象，分析农村居民文化消费现状。研究发现：农村居民文化消费意愿普遍偏低，存在着消费支出少、消费结构单一和供需“双低”等问题。基于调查结果，提出了加强消费引导、提高政府公共服务能力、依法规范文化市场等对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Taking Qidong in Jiangsu Province as a research target, this paper analyzes the current condition of rural residents＇ cultural consumption. It is found that the desire of cultural consumption by rural residents is generally low, and there exist the problems like less consumption expanse, single consumption structure and double low demand and supply. Based on the survey, the paper offers some countermeasures and suggestions, such as enhancing the guidance of consumption, improving the ability of government＇ s public service, regula- ting the cultural market by law, etc. |
