| 摘 要： | 全球软件产业国际分工体系不断调整,目前已形成了美国、欧洲、印度、中国等为主体的国际软件产业四极分工格局。当前全球软件产业外包的中心出现了向亚太地区转移的整体趋势。印度已成为全球最大的外包服务提供国,中国将成为国际软件外包中心的新极点。而国家软件业成功的关键是本国的软件产业的发展速度能否超过国际平均发展水平,能否利用本国软件业的特定优势自主创新,发展特色项目,在国际软件分工格局转型中争取有利地位。

| Abstract: | Along with the continual reshuffle of the labor division arrangement in the global software industry,the quadruplet software development block of US,Europe,India and China has taken shape.The global software outsource industry has also shown a clear trend of dispatching its key production to Asia,with India as the top software outsource supplier and China the new polar.However,the key to success is a good understanding of their own strength and weakness in order to develop the unique and innovative program to get favorite position in international software labor division. |
