| Abstract: | Based on the practice of retrospective conversion bibliographic databases, this paper presents that the preparations, reasonable methods of retrospective conversion bibliographic databases and its steps are the guarantee of the quantity of retrospective conversion bibliographic databases; Strictly following the principle of retrospective conversion bibliographic databases and enhancing the data revised system are the measures of quantity control to build up retrospective conversion bibliographic databases. |
