| 摘 要： | 文化产业发展是建设社会主义和谐文化的需要。建设社会主义和谐文化的背景下,积极推进文化产业发展,需要体现文化建设与发展的主题,体现文化建设与发展的方式。为此,需要大力弘扬和谐精神,把握文化产业发展的基调;加大创新力度,增强文化产业发展的动力;以全球化为契机,增强社会主义新农村建设的动力。
