| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,中国居民的收入水平显著提高,但收入差距出现了明显的扩大趋势。本文从当前中国收入分配的现状出发,对受教育程度和收入分配的相关性进行了理论的分析,通过一些有代表性的统计数据分析表明:当前在我国的劳动力市场上,教育在个人收入分配中的作用日益显现并发挥作用,劳动力的受教育程度和劳动力的工资收入有着很强的相关性,最后从教育的角度提出了一些缩小收入分配差距的对策。
